Elizabeth in 1938, the “old wife” she thinks George would have liked best

I have yet to find a photo of George and Elizabeth together. It seems she picked up her prolific photography hobby a decade after his death. The biography she would eventually write also begins the decade after his death. Both Sides of the Curtain provides insight into how the widowed Elizabeth chose to rebuild her life.
